Tracksuit trousers

Sweatpants are now also a very comfortable garment for women. There are those who like them baggy and those who prefer them more tapered, cotton in summer or fleece in winter, what counts is that it is a branded garment, because the line is fundamental to ensure that the fit enhances the body shape. The sporty line of the suit for dance, for fitness, perhaps more elastic, low-waisted cotton holds the needle of the scales with the preference of vintage 80s and 90s models returns. After the Second World War it was used purely in sportswear, but in the 1960s, with Valentino proposing the first one-piece tracksuit with flared trousers, a bright and unexpected future opened up for this garment. In the 1970s it was the turn of YSL until in the 1980s, designers such as Giorgio Armani launched it in the pret a porter, succeeding in consecrating it queen of modern outfits. For being a basic garment, its success was immediately unstoppable and from being a subversive garment it was assimilated into the most popular clothing. That perhaps simplicity has won out over elegance? Only as long as you don't overload the suit with overly chic accessories that would distort its originality.
